# Forms not showing in portal for users other than initiator

On Bonita portal, forms associated to an human task are not showing (a message "This task cannot be executed from here." instead) if the user is not an initiator.

Debugging window is showing a HTTP 403 error on a .../bonita/API/bpm/process/{processId} call.

When changing the rights in portal to make the user an initiator, no error and form&nbsp;appears.

When using Bonita studio's portal all is working as intended.

Am I missing something ?

Bonita version : 2021.1
