# is there a way to duplicate or clone a step with its contract variables, operations and forms in 7.1?

I have to duplicate a step with some slight variances and instead of creating one from scratch, I would like to take an existing one and clone it along with the contract, operations and form…

Is this possible?

Hi-light the step, do Control C, and then Control V - it will paste a copy of the step for you.
