User initiator does not work well

Hi!
I developed a process on bonita 7.5.4 comunity:

  • on instantiaton form Iassigned it to an “actorSoporte” and a filter actor “STI”,
  • on Configure, I managed roles.
    The problem is that the instantiaton form’s task may be make by anyone, I need this task may be make only for role “STI”

Hello,

You can set up your process instantiator actor to map the “STI” role only.

From your description, I do not think you need an Actor Filter : it overrides the Actor and it is useful only when it depends on the process execution (variables etc.).

Can you make a try without Actor Filter and let us know?
